History & Background
AKP was born out of the desire to raise the bar to another level... constantly!
Having grown up and gone to school in the Algarve my whole background had been leading me to this point... Getting to know the area, the language, the contacts, the market. Not to mention having both parents involved with real estate in the Algarve since the 1980's!
After growing up here and then returning to the UK to finish my formative education with college and university, I spent 3 years gaining experience working for one of the largest real estate groups in the UK (Countrywide).
Upon reaching management level I decided it was high time to return to the Algarve and do the same thing, albeit with far more luxurious properties!
A Modern Approach
In early 2016 after 13 years in the industry, I made the decision that in order to provide the best service I possibly could to my clients there were drastic changes that needed to be implemented. That's when I knew that the only way I'd be able to put my clients needs at the very top of the list, was if company policy fell squarely on my shoulders.
In mid 2016 I left my previous employer and set to work on creating the solid foundations, and implementing the systems and infrastructure necessary to build AKP into a leading force in luxury real estate within the Golden Triangle.
In the space of just one year we've managed to grow to a team of 5, with state of the art offices and a relentless momentum to carry us forward at a pace that ought to strike fear into the very hearts of our competitors. We have a clearly defined plan and every intention of redefining real-estate in the whole area.
